Business Hours

I am available online Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST and regularly respond to messages within 1-2 hours during these times. I am also available on weekends and in the evenings, but response time may be longer.

Rush Orders

I understand the need for rush orders, and I will certainly try my best to accommodate you. Please message me BEFORE purchasing to ensure that I will be able to fulfill your order on short notice. Priority Mail and Express Mail options are also available at checkout for faster delivery.

Processing Times

All products ship within 5-10 business days, with the exception of prints larger in size than 8” x 10”, which may require up to 14 business days before shipping. Business days are Monday - Friday. Please contact me with any questions!

Returns and Cancellations

All original artwork sales are final, and are not eligible for cancellations, returns, or exchanges. This includes original paintings; ornaments; and custom work. Artwork is packaged with care to prevent any damage during delivery. If you have any questions about an original piece of artwork before purchase, please do not hesitate to reach out to me!

Cancellations of non-personalized and non-custom items are accepted within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, your item may already be in production and for this reason, are not eligible for cancellation. Most items are specially made-to-order, just for you!

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for prints and paper goods; however, if your item is damaged during delivery, you may be eligible for a replacement.

Although rare, products damaged in the mail are eligible for a swift, free replacement if a photo of the damage is provided. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery to arrange your replacement. If your item is lost in the mail, you may also be eligible for a replacement. Shipments marked as “delivered” by USPS are not eligible for a replacement. If you think your package was stolen or mis-delivered, please reach out to your local USPS location to confirm the delivery using the tracking number emailed to you at the time of shipping.

Electronic Communications

When you place an order at AshleyPahlArt.com, you will receive electronic communications about the status of your order, including order confirmation; shipping confirmation; or any other important information such as shipping delays. You will not be contacted without your consent. If you sign up for the monthly newsletter, you will not be added to the list unless you confirm your subscription or click to opt-in. You may unsubscribe from the email newsletter at any time.

All artwork featured on this site is the intellectual property of Ashley Pahl. Ashley Pahl retains all rights to artwork after purchase, and artwork may not be reproduced or copies with Ashley Pahl’s written permission.

Buyers and collectors of Ashley Pahl’s artwork may not reproduce the artwork without written permission.
