The Greater Lansing area is full of beautiful marshes and wetlands. The beauty of these diverse landscapes is not bound to one season over another. This marshland is painted in watercolor in an autumnal color palette. Trees, grasses, and birds are accentuated in black, archival ink. Painted in 2020, this experimental piece is one of the few that I have created featuring ink accents.
