The Grounded Collection, a series of mixed media artworks on paper, depicts found natural objects through time. I created The Grounded Collection to examine both the simplicity and beauty of the natural world when I became mindful enough to look closely. The collection features both minimalistic and at first glance, chaotic elements. Both are true in nature: it is ordered in its processes, yet also wild and free.
